Heather Grass has over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience. Prior to 3rd + Lamar, she directed a team at one of the first performance marketing agencies in Austin.

When are you happiest? After the first two cups of coffee in the morning. That’s the best time to ask me anything.
What was the first business you started? In high school, my friends and I started a magazine focused on music and culture. We interviewed musicians from all over the country, launched a website, and printed copies of the content to distribute at school. We set up PayPal on the site to pay for the cost of printing. I didn’t realize that would be my beginning in online media.
Tony Stolfa has over a decade of production experience creating premium content for clients like UFC, Facebook, Nike, Adidas, Discovery, HGTV, Food Network, VICE, and Magnolia. Recently, he shot Super Bowl LVI.
Hometown? I was raised in the swamps of Southeast Texas, but Austin has been my home for the last 8 years.
What inspired you to fight in MMA events? I have a curiosity to test myself both in my career and in sports. My first fight helped settle the nervous tension I had about facing another trained fighter. Getting punched in the face will do wonders for that!
Describe your musical tastes in 3 words or less. Rock ‘n’ roll.
Ari Morales has over 15 years of production and photography experience. He is our resident visual engineer, gear expert, and robot builder and operator. Before joining 3rd + Lamar, he was the resident cinematographer and account manager at SISU Robotics. If you’ve seen the Toyota Supra unveiling commercials, you’ve seen his work.
Hometown? Born and raised in Austin, TX.
What inspires you? Knowing that there are infinite possibilities of what you could capture, and “the moment” is constantly changing.
Any unusual skills or talents? Tetris-level ability to pack a production van.
How do you relax? By building small robots and hanging out with family.
Before joining 3rd + Lamar, Frankie did economic impact research for NASA, consulted for startups, ran PR and marketing for a science museum, and reported for several nationally acclaimed newspapers. They are also a professional photographer and have written and published a novel.
Hometown? I have lived all over (9 cities and counting), so I don’t have one. But I consider Houston and Chicago my home cities.
Best investment you’ve ever made? My camera. It changed the way I see the world. When I have my camera with me, I am looking constantly for all the beautiful, interesting things around me, so I’m always seeing them.
Any unusual skills or talents? Ukrainian folk dancing, a perfect score in Rasputin on Just Dance II, and knowing all the words to the French national anthem. (Je parle français.)
Michael Zumaya has been a filmmaker for over a decade, creating heavily stylized content for artists and brands. He was part of the initial launch of YouTube’s current ad elevated channel platform, running shows on Tony Hawk’s RIDE Channel / 900 Films.
Hometown? San Diego, CA—don’t hate me. I didn’t know people were moving here, seriously.
Favorite band? The best band on the planet is Depeche Mode.
How do you relax? I have a terrible time actually relaxing, but to decompress, I go anywhere there’s a goth (of any flavor) or 80s night.
Best investment you’ve ever made? The best investment I’ve ever made is a nice espresso machine and grinder—my savior, my joy, my life force.

Keila Martinez did digital marketing and development for H-E-B and Make-A-Wish before joining 3rd + Lamar. She is our resident TikTok expert, having created B2C TikToks that garnered over 3.6 million views. She will graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in advertising this May.
