Case Study: Bubs Formula Hero Video

We recently completed a fun project for Bubs, a premium infant nutrition brand known for its clean-label, Australian-made formulas trusted by parents worldwide.

Objective

Bubs hired 3rd + Lamar to produce a flagship hero video that would showcase its three infant formula SKUs through striking, premium visuals.

The goal was to create a product-focused hero asset that conveys the brand’s commitment to purity, quality, and trust, positioning Bubs as a leader in infant nutrition.

Tagline: “No Stress. No Guess. Just Bubs.”

Key Product Messages

High-Quality Ingredients: made with whole milk from Australian dairies, naturally rich in MFGM, supporting neurodevelopment and immune function.
Gentle on Tiny Tummies: formulas designed to be easy to digest and nutrient-dense.
Globally Trusted: 20+ years of safe feeding, 5-star parent reviews, and Clean Label Project Purity Award recognition.

Approach and Execution

Rather than relying on lifestyle storytelling, we leaned into precision product cinematography to express the brand’s purity and sophistication.

Using motion-controlled cinema robots, we choreographed camera movements that feature each product with a sense of balance, calm, and trust, echoing the tone of the Bubs brand.

Concept & Script Development: Built around the parent’s journey of choosing the best for their baby and anchored in clarity, confidence, and care.
Production: Shot entirely in a modern kitchen environment, leveraging robotic arms for fluid motion and repeatability.
Lighting Design: Focused on soft, natural diffusion and creamy tones to evoke the purity of milk and warmth of care.
Art Direction: Modern, minimal set design with pastel color palettes inspired by Bubs’ brand identity.
Post-Production: Using a combination of voiceover, music, and motion graphics, we delivered 30-second and 15-second flagship video assets to serve across digital campaigns, e-commerce, and retail placements.
