Jackie Venson’s “Rollin On” Ascends Spotify Charts

Track from the Love Transcends album ranks No. 54 worldwide in Blues category

Austin has witnessed the rise of talented blues guitarist and vocalist Jackie Venson.

Now, the world is taking notice.

For the week ending Nov. 4, Venson’s single, “Rollin On,” ranks No. 54 on Spotify’s Blues Global chart, which is a weekly list of the most-played Blues tracks released within the last 18 months.

The song from Venson’s 2021 album, Love Transcends, entered the chart Oct. 28 and rose 38 spots after its first week. The track is sandwiched between Melissa Etheridge’s single, “For The Last Time,” at No. 53 and The Black Keys’ “Walk With Me,” at No. 55.

Venson averages 84,341 monthly listeners on Spotify. She also has 17,200 subscribers to her YouTube channel.
