Case Study: Shooting HIKS Paddleboards on Lake Travis

by Frankie Pike

In June, Profound Commerce hired us to produce videos of various lengths and sizes for their paddleboard brand HIKS for marketing, digital ads, Amazon-sponsored brand videos, and social media use. We incorporated drone shots and close-ups of the product in use.

The following crew joined us to film at Lakeway City Park on Lake Travis.

Director: Tony Stolfa
Producer/Assistant Director: Michael Zumaya
Gaffer/Key Grip: Ari Morales
1st Assistant Camera: Brent Klein
Drone Operator: Sawyer Richburg
Product Photographer: Sean Mathis
Production Assistant: McCoy Patterson
BTS Photographer/Production Assistant: Frankie Pike
Male Talent: Brandon Cole
Female Talent: Rosanna Cuellar

Our target audience for the content was the standup paddleboarding community at large, i.e. people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and walks of life. In particular, HIKS paddleboards are ideal for beginners and intermediate paddleboarders.

This is what we created.
