Earlier this year, we traveled to the quaint West Texas town of Alpine (population: 6,035) to film a video to promote tourism. At an altitude of 4,475 feet, Alpine is located near the Davis Mountains about 400 miles from Austin and 26 miles from Marfa, Texas.
Known for its beautiful vistas, Alpine features a unique live music scene, a variety of outdoor activities, and plenty of options for foodies.
